About Ink And Voice Communication
InkAndVoice Communication has a long history. Starting as Rosman and Associates in 1992, the company’s first paid projects were providing training programs for insurance company underwriters and claim associates in the area of Colorado’s automobile no-fault insurance laws.
David would eventually expand his career into academia, teaching at a number of Denver colleges and universities in the fields of insurance, communications, finance and small business management.

David moved to Columbia, Missouri in 2003 to produce training programs for a worker’s compensation insurance company. Working closely with the underwriters, field personnel and training staff, he finished the two-year project in just over six-months. At that time the company’s name was changed from Rosman and Associates to InkAndVoice Communication, LLC.
David has been the editor or contributing editor of over a dozen textbooks for post-secondary education and professional development programs. He is the author of the acclaimed “A Christian Nation? An examination of Christian nation theories and proofs.” InkAndVoice has worked with over 100 individuals editing and rewriting resumes and cover letters, and with novelists to conduct fact checks and “translating” their European English to American vernacular.
InkAndVoice conducts seminars on various areas of communication, including writing Letters to the Editor, lobbying, sales communications, crisis management and interview strategies. InkAndVoice has written and edited grant proposals with a 75% success rate for nonprofit organizations, and has worked with a variety of corporations including providing a readability audit on their business proposal to produce heat-syncs for satellites.
We have also worked with numerous professionals reviewing presentations and slide shows for a more professional delivery.
